• At this time, you may request a transfer of up to 5,000 SPURT to 5,000 SPURT+.

• If you do not already have SPURT, follow the 7 steps under Benefits in order to accumulate 5,000 SPURT in your account.

• Read this article for simple instructions under "Action Required" to request the exchange of SPURT to SPURT+.
